Salon Policies

    A credit card number is required to reserve your appointment.

  • 2

    Please give 48 hours notice if you cancel your appointment. If 48 hours notice is not given, you will be charged 50% of your service fee. Same day cancellations, missed appointments or no shows are subject to a charge in the amount of the full service.

    If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

  • 4

    If you are not satisfied with our service, let us know within 24 hours and we can schedule a correction within a week maximum from your original appointment date.
