We strive to make every visit a positive experience and appreciate your understanding of our salon policies.

Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours, and our cancellation policy helps us provide the best service to all guests.

  • 48-Hour Notice:

    Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made without 48 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the service fee.

  • Same-Day Cancellations:

    Same-day cancellations will be charged the full service fee.

  • Missed Appointments / No-Shows:

    If you miss your appointment or do not show up, you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

  • Late Arrivals:

    If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your stylist will determine if there is enough time to complete your service. If not, your appointment will be treated as a same-day cancellation, and the full service amount will be charged.

  • Emergencies:

    We understand that illness and true emergencies happen. Please note that work meetings or scheduling conflicts are not considered emergencies.

Service Adjustments

Your satisfaction is our top priority, we want you to feel confident and happy with your color and cut. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your service, please contact the salon within one week of your appointment to schedule a complimentary adjustment. Adjustments requested after this timeframe may be subject to a service fee.

Bang Trims

A bang trim is a quick 15-minute appointment designed only for trimming bangs between regular haircuts. This service is not for reshaping or trimming other parts of your haircut.

Refunds & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds on any hair services. All hair services are final, so please be sure to communicate with your stylist if you have any concerns during your appointment. Product purchases may be exchanged only if the item is unopened and returned within 14 days of purchase.

Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for stained clothing, lost coats, or personal items left in the salon.

No Extra Guests or Animals

To ensure a calm and comfortable environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you do not bring children, pets, or extra guests to your appointment. We're totally on board with keeping the salon a relaxing, distraction-free space for everyone to enjoy!

Blow-Dry Policy

Blow-dries are not included with color services and must be booked separately. All color appointments include a tousle finish, which consists of a brush-free blow-dry to approximately 75% dry, with light smoothing around the fringe/bang area.

  • Simple Finish:

    A simple, smooth finish with no frills that is 100% dry. This reduced-rate blow-dry can only be booked at the end of your color service.

  • Blow Out Style:

    A full styling blowout with round brushing, curl, or smoothing. Pricing varies based on the stylist and hair length.

Appointment Reservations

A credit card number is required to reserve your appointment.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Gratuities are cash only.
